Subscription Terms

At PREMIND®BIOTICS, you can purchase all our dietary supplement products in sustainable refill pouches on subscription. You create your subscription via our website premindbiotics.dk. Here you select the desired product and add it to the cart. You will then receive a confirmation of your selected subscription via the email you provided. Your subscription automatically renews every month after 30 days and is ongoing, but can be canceled by you at any time, however before your next order is automatically processed in our webshop after 30 days.

As a subscriber, you receive your selected PREMIND®BIOTICS product in our refill pouches. One product corresponds to 30 days' consumption of two capsules per day. To ensure you don't run out, we send your selected product every 30 days.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must send an email to premind@metaceutic.com and inform us no later than the day before our webshop automatically processes your next order, i.e., no later than 27 days after your last order or renewal of your subscription, and before 12:00 PM.

You are obligated to inform us immediately if you change your address or email/phone number. You can change them by sending an email to premind@metaceutic.com, and we will help you complete the changes.

When creating your subscription, you complete your purchase with a card payment. Subsequent subscription deliveries will automatically be paid using the same payment method at the selected interval until you cancel or pause your subscription. We will send you a receipt via email when we process payment for the upcoming delivery.

It is your responsibility to ensure that there are funds in the account associated with the payment method you used when signing up, so we can process the payment when your subscription renews. You are obligated to keep your card information up to date. If payment for your subscription is not made, you will not receive your products. If you default on your subscription agreement or the subscription terms, we are entitled to terminate your subscription without notice.

Changes to subscription agreements without prior notice may occur, but these will be to the customer's advantage, such as price reductions.

If we make changes to agreements such as price and fee increases, subscribers will be notified with a minimum of 30 days' notice. If you have objections, this must be communicated to us by the 15th of the month before the date when the changes take effect. Please note that you cannot cancel your subscription by returning your delivery or failing to pick it up at the parcel shop. If you do not pick up your subscription order at the parcel shop and it is returned to us (occurs after 10-14 days), you must contact us if you want us to resend your package. However, this will cost you 49 kr. in shipping costs. This offer is only valid up to 30 days after the order date.
