Green pancakes

The pancakes are in themselves taste-neutral and can therefore be used both as a sweet or as a breakfast or a light lunch - it all depends on the accessories. If you serve them with maple syrup and blueberries, it is a sweet touch on the brunch buffet, but if they are prepared with the herbal dressing, they are a great accompaniment to salmon or with a good, green salad.
